Terms & Conditions – Macedonian Moments

1. Payment Terms

• All bookings are paid directly to the driver upon pick-up, either in cash or via card (subject to availability of a card terminal).
• No advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed.

2. Included Waiting Time

• Each tour includes up to 3 hours of waiting time at the destination.
• Additional waiting time is charged at €15 per hour and must be paid on-site before the return trip begins.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total price.
• No-shows without notice will be charged the full amount.

4. Delays & Force Majeure

• Macedonian Moments reserves the right to adjust pick-up and return times due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
• If your tour is delayed or cancelled by us, you will be notified as early as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Vehicle Use and Behavior

• All transfers are private and priced per vehicle (up to 4 passengers), unless stated otherwise.
• Clients are expected to respect the vehicle, the driver, and the tour schedule.
• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted inside the vehicle.

6. Liability

• Macedonian Moments is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, closures, or third-party services (e.g. archaeological site schedules).
• The company is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Participation in the tours is at your own risk. Travel insurance is recommended.

7. Special Requests

• Add-ons such as meal stops or extended waiting time must be requested in advance or upon booking (subject to availability).
• For groups larger than 4 people, please contact us for a customized quote and vehicle options.
